You will receive a link to your private online gallery, where you can view and download your edited images. Print rights are included.
Payment
Simple and flexible
I accept Venmo (@Katie-McBride-27) and cash. The remaining balance is due on or before your session or event date.

When is the best time for a session?
Most sessions are scheduled during golden hour, about an hour before sunset, for soft and flattering light.
What if it rains?
We will keep an eye on the forecast together and reschedule if needed.
Can I bring a friend or family member?
Absolutely. Many seniors bring a parent or best friend to help them feel at ease.
My kids won't sit still. Is that okay?
Yes! Some of my favorite family photos happen when kids are just being kids.
Do you help with what to wear?
Yes. Every client gets style guidance and you can visit the Style Shop anytime for outfit ideas.
Do you travel?
Yes! I'm based in Waterloo and photograph throughout the Cedar Valley, Cedar Rapids and Dubuque. I'm happy to travel farther, so reach out and we can talk it through.
Can I order prints or albums?
Yes. Your gallery includes print rights, and custom leather-bound albums are available as an add-on.
How much do senior pictures cost?
Senior pictures start at $450 for The Signature Senior Session. The Ultimate Senior Experience is $750. See the Senior Pictures page for everything included.
When should seniors schedule their pictures?
Most seniors book in the summer or early fall of senior year so photos are ready for announcements and yearbook deadlines. Spring cap and gown minis are available too.
How far ahead should I book?
Spring and fall dates fill quickly, so reach out as early as you can. Wedding dates are often booked many months ahead.
Where do sessions take place?
At outdoor locations around Waterloo, Cedar Falls and the Cedar Valley, or anywhere that fits your story. I will help you choose a spot that fits your style.
When should I book newborn photos?
Reach out during your pregnancy, ideally in your second trimester. We will pencil in your due date and set the final session date once baby arrives.
